DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Take one capsule on waking and one capsule at bedtime. It is best taken on an empty stomach, 30 minutes after a meal. However, it can also be taken with food.

Note: Does not require refrigeration. If you have a sensitive gut, you can start taking one capsule a day for a week and then add the second one.
