- 12.08.2023EFFECTIVE AND NO BLOAT OR GAS. I have tried pretty much every fibre available to optimise my sluggish gut and my genetic propensity for low diversity. I felt the difference within 2 days with this product. Smooth, completely satisfying poop and no gas or discomfort. Will be re-ordering for myself and my patients for sure. I pop it into some yoghurt or a smoothie so no issues with mixing.

- 26.01.2022Works as intended - This product is pulverized apple skins. Don’t expect them to mix with water; they’re not supposed to. I use this product in my smoothies with HMO powder, and it works as intended. Alternatively, you could just go to the store and buy a bunch of apples to peel. This product is a convenient alternative.
