MycoCholest is a dietary supplement containing red fermented rice, the medicinal mushroom Shiitake, coenzyme Q10, and rutin. The red rice was grown and processed in the USA. Thanks to its beneficial compounds, such as monacolin K, and the absence of harmful substances, which are carefully tested, it represents another excellent combination utilizing medicinal mushrooms.

As a result of EU regulation, we have been forced to change the recommended dosage of our product MycoCholest, which contains Monacolin K from red fermented rice. This substance has so far had an approved health claim regarding the effect of taking 10 mg (4 capsules) on cholesterol levels, which in our experience was the optimal dose. 95% of users were satisfied with this dose. Considering that from 21/06/2022, due to the regulations of the European Union, we cannot recommend a dosage that would mean exceeding the daily intake of 3 or more mg of Monacolin K, it is currently not possible to use even the given health claim.

The main ingredient of MycoCholest is red fermented rice, which has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Red rice is processed by fermentation using Monascus purpureus yeast. This creates a substance rich in monacolins (especially monacolin K), which can maintain the correct level of cholesterol and triglycerides in the body.

For our product, we use exclusively red fermented rice that is organically grown and processed in the USA. All their production goes through rigorous testing. Thanks to this, we are sure that our product does not contain any harmful substances (e.g. toxins citrinin or nephrotoxin), which is a frequent problem of Chinese producers.

In order to preserve the entire spectrum of active substances and at the same time increase the effect of the product, we use an extract of red fermented rice with a concentration of only 0.6%.

MycoCholest also contains the medicinal mushroom Shiitake, coenzyme Q10, which should be supplemented more when using red fermented rice, and rutin (vitamin P).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• 1 capsule per day.

• Take the capsules on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before meals or 60 minutes after meals), wash them down with water or weak green tea.
